1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and CY777 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at cy777.cam and all associated services, products and functionality offered thereon.

By accessing cy777.cam, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

4 Account Registration & Verification

Registration on the Platform requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains current and accurate at all times.

CY777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during or after registration, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Such requests form part of our KYC obligations and must be satisfied before withdrawals are processed.

• One Account Policy: Only one Account per individual, per household and per shared device is permitted. Suspected duplicate accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CY777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds where legally permissible.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use CY777 solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. CY777 does not guarantee any return on any wager placed or any game played on the Platform.

You agree that your use of CY777 is for personal entertainment purposes only. The Platform must not be used for commercial wagering, arbitrage strategies, matched-betting programmes or any other systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds inconsistencies.

• You will not access or attempt to access the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts or other non-human means.

• You will not engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive or that harms other users or the integrity of the Platform.
• You will not use VPNs, proxies or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions or to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits to your CY777 Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change. Methods referenced elsewhere on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options — are referenced for contextual familiarity only. Actual availability must be verified in the live cashier interface.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts are subject to change without prior notice.

• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet-wagering bonus funds expire on the date specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, verification or ongoing account management.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the CY777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of CY777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, download, display, post, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of CY777.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CY777 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not CY777 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

CY777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, telecommunications interruptions and other technical events may affect Platform availability.

13 Privacy & Data

CY777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and the fulfilment of applicable legal and compliance obligations. CY777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as communicated to Users through the Platform's licence information disclosure.
